Ordering & Payment
We accept all major credit cards, Pay Pal and Shop Pay, so you can choose the option that feels most comfortable at checkout.
Our warehouse begins processing immediately. If you notice an error, email hello@onepawdogcompany.com as quickly as possible—if the order hasn’t shipped, we’ll do everything we can to help.
Shipping & Returns
We offer worldwide shipping. Orders leave our facility in 1–3 business days and usually arrive within 5–10 business days. Severe weather or carrier delays can occasionally extend transit times.
We aim to meet quoted time-frames, but because final delivery depends on local carriers and conditions, we can’t promise arrival by a holiday or deadline.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or not as ordered, email us a photo within 30 days and we’ll send a free replacement. If you simply change your mind, return the unused item within 30 days for store credit; return shipping is the customer’s responsibility when the item isn’t damaged or defective.

Tracking & Delivery
You’ll receive a confirmation email after purchase and a second email with your tracking information. Links activate within three business days; you can also track anytime via our Track Your Order page.
Check with household members and neighbours first. If still missing, contact the carrier and then email us—together we’ll work on next steps.
Let us know right away. If a package is returned, we’ll gladly resend it.
