Orders
From our Homepage, select the items you are interested in. Select color or size if applicable, and click ADD TO CART. When you are finished shopping, select CHECKOUT. Once your order is complete and your payment information is received, your selections will be shipped to you the next business day. After, you will be sent an email with your tracking information.
We currently accept Amex, American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover card, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Pay Pal.
All online transactions are SSL secure and take place through Authorize.net., the largest internet secure gateway in the world. Security is our primary concern, and we have the most up to date security protection available.
After orders are processed, it usually takes 3-10 days for items to arrive.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a replacement if the product is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered. If you do not accept a replacement for a damaged or defective product, we can refund the product minus the costs of shipping. You will also have 30 days to request a full refund if you do not like the product, however, shipping costs will be deducted.

The number one reason why credit cards are rejected is due to an AVS Mismatch. What this means is that the name and address you entered at CHECKOUT under BILLING ADDRESS do not match the address where the bank sends your credit card bill.
Be sure and enter this information carefully, and check with your bank if you receive this error. Due to the amount of fraud on the internet, we have installed protection that will not allow more than 2 orders per IP address within a 24 hour period.
Shipping
We currently offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.
We will ship your purchase to any location you specify. Follow the instructions when you CHECK OUT.
You can track your order by clicking on "Track Order" in our menu options or by clicking "Track My Order" in the footer of our website. If the tracking does not show please contact us at onepawdogco@gmail.com
Please Note: It may take up to 5 business days before a tracking code becomes active.
